1.【Two-factor authentication】
Two-factor authentication provides safer users login protection. Before you enable the function, you need to bind your cellphone number, google authenticator or email.
After enabling the function, you have to enter your cellphone SMS code or google authentication code (GA/TOTP) or email verification code each time you login, to ensure the login security of your account.

2.【Bind your cellphone】
Cellphone SMS verification provide the double protection for your account funds. You can use it when you try to login, withdraw, etc.
Web end: icon of the homepage— account security— cellphone bind/unbind— fill in the information required according to the page tips — enable/disable.
3.【Bind Google authenticator】
It is used to authenticate when you need to login, withdraw and modify security settings. If you always cannot receive the SMS code, we suggest you bind Google authenticator.

2) Change the Google authenticator statis: homepage icon-account security- Google authenticator bind/unbind-follow the page tips and fill in the information-bind/unbind.
4.【Bind email】
For those users who login via web end need to fill in email address when sign up; for those users who login via APP is recommended to bind email in the first time, to receive security notification, login and set security info.

Note:
a. Once you finished the email binding, it cannot be changed anymore.
b. If you lost your email or will not use it and need to change email to bind, please submit your request and contact our customer service [email protected]
5.【Password Setting】
Change the login password
Channel 1: Login the web end official website: www.bibox.com-icon-account security-change login password.
Channel 2:If you forget password when you login, you could select “Forget Password” and follow the tips to change.
Note:Login password is set when you register the account, there is 24 hours protection period after you resetting password.
Funds password input frequency and modification
To ensure the assets’ security of accounts, and improve the users’ experience, you can set the funds password input frequency when you set transactions (default input once each time, if there is IP change, it still needs input).
a. Login web end official website www.bibox.com — account security — funds password change — click ^ button— select the setting frequency, here are 4 options: every time, three hours, once, never.
b. You have to change funds password through web end, after login, check account security—funds password—change funds password.(The APP client also supports modification operations.)
6. 【Anti-phishing code setting】
“Anti-phishing code”is an icon used to verify Bibox official email, after setting, all the emails from Bibox official will have a anti-phishing code, if there is no such code, the email is fake.
